Google I/O gets no Nexus smartphone but Google Galaxy S 4, report said
Posted on May 15th, 2013 No commentsAbout smartphones to appear on Google I/O 2013, there have been various reports and rumors. There’re reports that suggest a next Nexus 4, probably named Nexus 5, would appear on Google I/O 2013. But according to the latest reports from Geek.com, the 2013 Google I/O conference would get no Nexus smartphone to release. Don’t feel disappointed, as it has been reported on the other hand that Google would announce a Google version of Samsung Galaxy S 4, a Galaxy S 4 with the primitive Android OS.
Known to all, Samsung Galaxy S 4 adopted TouchWiz Nature UX 2.0 UI customized on Android 4.2.2 OS. This operating OS included many new features that belong to Samsung. But there are a large number of people who prefer to the primitive Androi OS on Samsung Galaxy S 4, which means a big market for a new Google Galaxy S 4. The Android OS in Google Galaxy S 4 would update more frequently than that of other manufacturers.
The report didn’t mention the Android OS version of Google Galaxy S 4, but it’s highly possible to be the recently exposed Android 4.3, or even the rumored Android 5.0, as rumored. It is reported that Google Galaxy S 4 would be available for shipment in June, currently on T-Mobile only. People may wonder that whether it is the strategy of Google to gradually abandon Nexus series. We need to see this on Google I/O conference.
